What We do:
We will unpack & set up your TV on your stand. This does not include mounting a TV to a pole type stand, we can do that but it's a bit more money.
Sit down & go over what you want, & where it's going. We may make recommendations that would allow for better performance such as viewing angle & sun glare.
Connect up to 3 video sources (like a HD cable/satellite box, BluRay/DVD player, Wii/Xbox, etc) to your TV
Make sure that all the settings for that equipment are set to give the fullest picture & sound to the TV.
Show you how to use all your stuff with the new TV. We will even go into the TV menu & label the inputs, turn off the ones you aren't using & label your remotes. We will also email you a worksheet that lists your TV settings in case visitors start playing with the remote settings or the dog sits on the remote.
We will take pictures of the front & back of the equipment & put it in your file so that if you do have a problem, we can usually get you back up & running over the phone. This saves you the price and time of setting up a service call for something simple.

This is for setting up that new TV or recently moved TV in it's new home. TV size covered over up to 42". If your TV is larger than this, please look at the Simple TV Setup(42" & Larger). It's a little more money, but we send (2) Techs so we can protect People, Equipment, small pets and the like.
