What We do:

Sit down & go over what you want, & where it's going. We may make recommendations that would allow for better performance such as viewing angle & sun glare.

We will unpack & mount your TV to the wall using your mount or one you purchase from us. Our Mounts are Contractor Grade, so not only are they heavier built & more adaptable to on site conditions, they are less expensive that the store bought alternatives.

In the interest of safety, we will examine your mount before using to see if it is suited to your TV and wall construction type. We will never install a TV on a bracket that we feel is not sturdy enough, or a wall that is not structurally sound enough to securely hold the weight. If this is determined to be the case, we can discuss alternative options or placement.

Install IN-WALL rated video & audio cords between your equipment & TV. The wires that come with your equipment can be used outside the wall, but not inside, due to fire code & insurance regulations. If you have purchased wire, we can use it as long as the designation CL-2 or higher is printed on the wire. Otherwise, we do carry the proper wires on the truck for purchase at less than store pricing.

Connect the TV power to the outlet on the wall behind the TV. TV power cords are not IN-WALL rated & can never be placed in the wall. We do have a IN-WALL rated unit called a power bridge that we can install. The cost for the unit & labor is $90. This is much less than having a electrician come & install a outlet.

Connect up to 5 video sources (like a HD cable/satellite box, BluRay/DVD player, Wii/Xbox, etc) to your TV.

Make sure that all the settings for that equipment are set to give the fullest picture & sound to the TV.

Show you how to use all your stuff with the new TV. We will even go into the TV menu & label the inputs, turn off the ones you aren't using & label your remotes. We will also email you a worksheet that lists your TV settings in case visitors start playing with the remote settings or the dog sits on the remote.

We will take pictures of the front & back of the equipment & put it in your file so that if you do have a problem, we can usually get you back up & running over the phone. This saves you the price and time of setting up a service call for something simple.

Install Accessories

This is for wall mounting that new TV or recently moved TV in it's new home. TV size covered over up to 42". If your TV is larger than this, please look at the TV Mounting & Setup - Concealed Wire (42" & Larger). It's a little more money, but we send (2) Techs so we can protect People, Equipment, small pets and the like. All IN-WALL wiring is priced for running inside a single stud bay. We can go further, but a ON-SITE Consult is recommended to spec out the project beforehand.

Also, be aware that concealing the wires in the wall require special cords, an electrical outlet behind the TV mounting location, and a proper bracket. All these thing are not included in the price. An alternative option is to not place the wires in the wall, but instead to use a track to wire track cover. You can find more info about this type of install here.
